Question on the VGA cable to HDTV PC monitor to a resolution of 1080p.?
The necessary expertise. I'm a bit of confusion about what VGA cable type to use to connect my PC to my HDTV (1080p). My team has a maximum. resolution of 1920×1200 and can also support a resolution of 1920×1080 HDTV. I have a DVI-D output on my video card and I have a VGA converter plugin. So I can use any type of VGA cable for 1080p resolution of my PC to my HDTV? Is there any difference between VGA, SVGA, UXGA and QXGA and cables? Does UXGA "Cables To Go" to connect my PC and produce a 1080p HDTV? I was thinking to use a DVI-D to HDMI, but the problem is I can not get the audio from my TV speaker using an audio cable 3.5. My HDTV is not setup to receive the connection HDMI with 3.5 audio. Oh well, thank you all.
Do not use the VGA. Use DVI – D to connect to HDTV via DVI HIS-D or HDMI cable dvi-d/dvi-d
